Thick blood can cause imbalances in the proteins and cells responsible for blood clotting, leading to hypercoagulability. This condition impedes the movement of oxygen, hormones, and nutrients throughout the body, resulting in poor tissue and cell nourishment. Symptoms of thick blood may include fatigue, headaches, dizziness, weakness, night sweats, itchy skin, blurred vision, ringing in the ears, and abdominal fullness or swelling due to an enlarged spleen. Additional symptoms can include nosebleeds, gum and retinal bleeding, anemia, and tingling or numbness in the fingers and toes. In severe cases, thick blood can increase the risk of heart attack. Sea water, with its rich mineral content, may help support blood health and alleviate some of these symptoms by promoting better circulation and balance within the body.
Preparation Method:
Make a daily infusion of:
- Ginger
- Dandelion
- Turmeric
Place the infusion in a glass and add five caps of hypertonic marine essence sea water. Drink this glass half an hour before each meal for at least 3 months. The magnesium content acts as a barrier within the coagulation cascade.
