Drinking diuretic fruit juices, complemented by the diuretic properties of sea water, can improve swollen legs within a few days. Kiwi is particularly beneficial for hypertensive and kidney patients due to its high potassium content and low sodium and fat levels. Strawberries are also diuretic and detoxifying, helping to eliminate uric acid. Oranges, rich in potassium, enhance diuresis and support the renal system, making them an excellent choice for reducing fluid retention and swelling.

 

Add four caps of hypertonic marine essence to orange, kiwi, or strawberry juice and drink one daily in the morning for as long as the discomfort lasts.
